"Casual Quality" may be the El Arroyo Restaurants motto, but our catering is much more than casual.  Should you choose something low key, we are more than happy to help, but if you desire something more elegant, we are fully equipped to provide you with the upscale dining experience you crave.  El Arroyo Catering is prepared to handle every detail of your event from your menu selection, venue selection, decorations, rentals, entertainment, staffing, and more.

If you can't find exactly what you are looking for, don't fear- our staff is more than willing to discuss customized menu options as well.  While fajitas are our forte, we are no strangers to bolder menu options such as Cajun Shrimp, Playa Del Sol Skewers, or Themed Hors D'oeuvres Stations.

Services

We have three service options.

(1) We Deliver It

The food is delivered by our staff delicious, hot and fresh. We’ll set it up on your own table and leave you to it. This comes with all the disposable wares you’ll need to serve it up and eat it up.

(2) We Deliver It and Pick It Up

Again, we’ll show up with your hot and fresh menu choices. We provide the set up with chaffing dishes and all the disposable service ware you’ll need. We can even provide you with a buffet table with fiesta décor if you’d like. After all is said and done, we’ll return to pick it up and leave it cleaner than we found it. (We also do windows)

(3) We Do It All

Our professional staff is just as comfy at a swanky soirée as we are at a casual bash. When you don’t want to sweat a single detail, let El Arroyo Catering & Events do it all. We’ll handle every detail from food and beverage to rentals. We deliver the food, set it up and serve till your guests are content. We can provide you with professional waiters, servers and bartenders. Cook On-Site service also available (recommended for parties of 35 people or more).

(There is a 15% coordination fee with all caterings.)

Want to add a little shebang to your shindig? We can book mariachi bands, DJ’s, guitarists and just about anything else you could dream up. Just give us a call and we can likely make it happen.

Deposit and Cancellation Fees

A 25% deposit of the overall bill is required in order to hold your event date. The deposit is then applied to your final bill. In the event of cancellation, your deposit is non-refundable unless written notice is given 60 days in advance. In the event that you cancel after the 60 day mark, the refund of your deposit is at the discretion of the catering director.
